DESCRIPTION:Das Corporate Finance Team gehört zur Investment Bank der Deutschen Bank und berät in den Bereichen Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) und Equity Capital Markets (ECM) bei An- und Verkäufen von Unternehmen\, Buy-outs und Privatisierungen sowie Börsengängen und Kapitalerhöhungen. Der Workshop wird von Mitarbeitern aus dem Corporate Finance Team geleitet\, sodass du die Möglichkeit hast\, hautnah mehr über die Arbeit und den Einstieg als Investmentbanker im M&A und ECM zu erfahren. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in das Investment Banking der Deutschen Bank inklusive einiger Case Studies zu unseren jüngsten und bekanntesten Deals\, werden eine Reihe von Produkten und Bewertungstechniken vorgestellt\, mit denen du dich als Praktikant oder Analyst im Corporate Finance Team tagtäglich beschäftigst. Unterstützt von DB Investmentbankern erhältst du zudem die Chance dich im Rahmen einer kurzen Case Study selbst mit den Herausforderungen im Corporate Finance auseinander zu setzten.
